I have Microsoft Office 2011 installed on 2011 and 2013 iMacs. Both Macs have been upgraded to High Sierra (macOS 10.13.3). I have not noticed any problems. The update shown in the image below is available from Microsoft Office for Mac 2011 14.7.7 Update. The publish date for this update was 9/7/2017, making this is a fairly current update. Office 2011 DOES work in all current versions of Mac OS X up to and including all versions of High Sierra 10.13 issued to date. Office 2011 works on all.
